Dr. Novikov’s career path is marked by diverse and impactful roles. After completing her residency in Psychiatry at Boston Medical Center, she provided emergency psychiatric care and served as a consult service liaison at Southshore Hospital. 

She also worked as an attending physician on an acute psychiatric unit at Saint Vincent Hospital while also offering consult liaison services on the hospital’s medical floors. These experiences have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of mental health care across various settings.
