Dr. Ozan Toy completed his BA in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He then finished his MD at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, PA.
For his residency training, Dr. Toy completed an internship in internal medicine at Georgetown MedStar Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Subsequently, he completed a second year of residency training in neurology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering.
Finally, Dr. Toy finished a residency in Psychiatry at Boston University Medical Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
