Dr. Ozan Toy completed his BA in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He then finished my MD at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, PA. For his residency training, Dr. Toy completed an internship in internal medicine at Georgetown MedStar Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Subsequently, he then completed a second year of residency training in Neurology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering. Finally, I finished a residency in Psychiatry at Boston University Medical Center. I am board certified by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
